Dr. Pruett was so kind. She was so gentle and loving with our dog and her passing was very calm and peaceful. I was dreading loading her up and taking her into the vet because she always hated the vet. This option of in home euthanasia was so much better for all of us.

Horrible company, horrible responses to owners, and had the worst experience possible with this company. I will never stop telling people to stay away because of the experience I had. Highly suggest going elsewhere. My 11 year old dog died horrified & scared because of this companies negligence, and I’ll never forget it or forgive it.

The cancer taking our beloved Otis showed just how evil it is by timing its final act for Christmas Eve. By Christmas morning we knew it was time to let him go. Dr. Parks responded immediately to our calls for help and under her guidance we were able to get his bleeding under control and set up a time for in-home euthanasia on the morning of Dec. 26th. Otis, the true inspiration that he was, rallied on Christmas Day opening all his gifts with gusto and devouring his treats. Seeing him happy, wagging, snacking, and the family laughing at his antics may just make this the most memorable and meaningful Christmas that this Christmas skeptic has ever had. The celebrating took a lot out of him and we spent the rest of the day and the entire night by his side under the Christmas Tree. The next morning Dr. Parks arrived to take us through the finsl step - surrounded by family in front of the tree. We are, of course, devastated, but Dr. Parks calm and reassuring manner made this sad day as peaceful and reflective as possible. I highly recommend in-home euthanasia under the care of Dr. Parks. Without her assistance I don’t think we could have given our Otis the loving goodbye that he deserved. Thank you!

I cannot recommend CodaPet for at home pet euthanasia highly enough. Although it is devastating to face the loss of our dog, Django, Dr. Elizabeth Parks nevertheless made his final day a good one. He even got to eat cookies and peanut butter cups for the first time! Elizabeth is knowledgeable, completely respectful, and, most of all, very kind. She gave us answers to our questions, time to process each step, and quiet and compassionate support during a very difficult time. On the morning of October 31st, 2025, my 19 year old orange cat "Oliver" peacefully passed at home via in-home pet euthanasia. It was a heart-wrenching loss, made even more-so because roughly 2 years prior he suffered a stroke which nearly killed him, and which took two weeks of intensive round the clock care that I administered as I worked from home. He recovered, but that was the first instance when I began to accept that time would eventually win, and so I had been preparing myself since that time to say goodbye to my furry boy. Nonetheless, I am happy to know that I was able to get him "to the finish line" of his life, as cats reaching 19 years isn't unheard of, but also not entirely common place either. He had maximum years and maximum love. Dr. Kristina was absolutely a professional through and through, even being in touch with me for the entire week prior to the day she would arrive to my home to administer the euthanasia, to stay on top of Oliver's status and whether or not he had passed during the night on his own, during the week leading up. Oliver had experienced increasing weight loss, lethargy, and once he started to barely eat and drink, I knew that it was only a matter of a day or two before he would begin to suffer as he passed. Dr. Kristina helped me ensure Oliver received the dignity in death that I tried to give him through his entire life as a living creature, my friend and my companion. She was patient, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and understanding. She didn't rush us, she talked us through every moment, minute by minute, and she was empathetic. I don't know how the vets at CodaPet do it day in and day out, but I am extremely thankful for them. This was the way that Oliver deserved to depart this life, at home, comfortable, in a safe and familiar place. We could all only be so lucky to received the same departure. I go into 2026 still missing my little friend, but knowing that his was a peaceful, loving and dignified transition, free of pain, worry and stress. For that, I am grateful and even happy that I could provide that last act of mercy and love, and Coda Pet and Dr. Kristina helped make that possible. I thank them for the service they offer, and the manner in which they offer it. I hope this review helps any pet owners nearing that difficult time make the decision to have in-home pet euthanasia a little easier. It is hard no matter what, but in time, you will see that it really was the best way to say goodbye.

Dr. Kirsten Stukey made an awful and dreadful experience as comfortable as it could have been! This was our first experience with having to euthanize! Our sweet Molly was 14 and had cancer! Dr. Stukey was so patient and never rushed us! She explained each step and wouldn’t do anything until we were ready! To be at home where our sweet Molly was comfortable was such a blessing! She didn’t have to experience the dreaded drive or vet office that already causes stress and anxiety! If I ever have to go through this again, I will only go this route and would definitely recommend and personally use Dr. Stukey again! Thank you so much for providing this service! CodaPet was amazingly simple to make an appt online for same day. Our dog had gone downhill fast in the early morning hours and we knew we needed to get an appt for that day so that he did not suffer. Dr. Andrea Dover got the appt request and my plea to make it even sooner if possible and she immediately went to work rearranging her schedule to come earlier than the appt time. SHe was absolutely fabulous too, walking us through every step of the euthanasia process and took such great care with our precious boy. We were given plenty of time to say our goodbyes and love on him before letting him go peacefully to sleep. Dr Dover also arranged for his cremation and took him with her when she left, this made it a bit easier for us to start our grieving process and not have to worry about making thise arrangements or getting him there. I absolutely recommend always having euthanasia done in your home when your pet feels safe and loved and CodaPet and Dr Dover made a heartbreaking situation the best it could be.

It was very difficult for me finally to decide that the time had come to release my sweet Loki from my life and his suffering. Having Dr. Clem euthanize him in his own home was my first experience with in-home euthanasia; however, I will never euthanize another pet in a veterinary clinic again unless the pet's condition is so dire at that moment as to give me no other choice. Dr. Clem was very calm and compassionate from the moment she arrived until the moment she left, and the whole experience for Loki (and me) was as gentle as it possibly could have been.
